- The most important aspect to consider is delivery
service to our retail customers.
If it isn't on the shelf, it won't sell.
We have a zero defect policy in this regard and monitor it closely
- When a customer buys an energiser, he wants it to
work faultlessly and in the long term.
Here again, we have a zero defect policy and a less than 1% warranty
claim figure.
- The customer needs to know that the energiser
complies with all legal standards.
We have the necessary approvals whether to BS, EN or UL standards. [The
latter is the American standard operated by Underwriters' Laboratory
who are extremely pernickety about the electrical devices that they
certify. Our approval rating, which not many importers into the US
have, is enabling us to build up a most interesting market share in
that country.]

Also, there is the human element.
We have been established for over thirty years and our telephone
team attempts to respond immediately to your questions.
Even our telephone answering time is monitored and we are currently
running at 4.5 seconds.
We try to be big enough to have a structured and controlled
business, with an outstanding range of products, and yet is small
enough to give an element of personal service.
-
Finally, we try to be nice people
to deal with.
No doubt you will tell us if we are not!
So .... why not
give us a try?
